Q. Are your rates all inclusive (are all applicable surcharges included)?
A. Yes, we understand that when you are costing a shipment, it is imperative that all costs are calculated correctly, without any hidden extras. There are standard rates for Documentation/Agency/Handling that are stated and then the per kilo rate is added. For door to door shipments a one of rate is quoted either on weight or volume.

Q. How do I deliver to you?
A. You don't, we are a fully mobile service and all pricing includes from the door collection in most cases at a convenient time to the customer.

Q. Where can you deliver to?
A. Just about any point around Australia and the world, there are very few remote areas that we are unable to service.

Q. What do I need to provide?
A. We need photo ID in all cases - (for one off shipments only). For domestic shipments, a drivers licence copy is sufficient. For international shipments, photo ID from a current passport is required.

Q. Do you have account facilities?
A. Yes, a simple account application form is required to be completed and approved for account facilities.

Q. How do you calculate the costs accurately?
A. We will need to know the destination of the goods, the service required, the weight of the goods (estimation will be sufficient)and the dimensions of the goods (estimation will be sufficient).

Q. How are my goods secured?
A. Ozcargo Security Cargo Services will security wrap all luggage and bags as required. Boxes will be securely checked and additional security tags can be utilized. All other required security regulations are adhered to at all times.

Q. How do I make or confirm a booking?
A. Just call the national number - 1300 852 952 and any of your requirements will be catered for and confirmed at the time of booking.
